Use this page to report an issue with the latest release of Markup R-XP and, where relevant, attach a chart backup or PDF file for us to investigate.
If you’re experiencing a crash, unexpected behaviour, or another problem when opening or working with a backup or PDF file, and you think it may be related to the new version of Markup R-XP, please describe the issue in as much detail as possible below and attach the relevant file.
The more information you can give us about what happened and what you were doing at the time, the easier it will be for us to investigate the problem. Your reports are extremely helpful in identifying any remaining issues quickly so that we can get fixes and patches released as soon as possible.
Please do not use this form for general questions about how to use Markup R-XP, such as “How do I do this?” We won’t generally be replying directly to submissions made through this page.
For help and support with using the app, please post your question in the Markup R-XP Facebook group, where both our team and other users can offer advice and assistance.
